Aromatherapy crystals

What are aromatherapy crystals made of?

  • Aromatherapy crystals are a dry fragrance blend composed of coarse salts, phthalate-free fragrance oil, and botanical accents.

How do I use aromatherapy crystals?

  • Place 1 to 2 teaspoons in the dish of a standard wax warmer. Add more as needed for a stronger fragrance.

Should I add water?

  • No. Do not add water. Aromatherapy crystals are designed to be used dry in a wax warmer.

How long should I heat them?

  • Warm for no longer than 4 hours per session. Allow the warmer and crystals to fully cool between uses.

Can I reuse aromatherapy crystals?

  • Yes. Reuse until fragrance is no longer noticeable.

Important care note:

  • For wax warmer use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Candles

How do I use and care for my candle?

  • Trim your wick to 1/4" before use.
  • Ensure wax is free of trimmed wick ends, matches, or other debris.
  • Keep away from heat-sensitive or flammable materials.
  • If the flame becomes too high, flickers excessively, or begins smoking, extinguish the candle.
  • Burn your candle no longer than 4 hours at a time.
  • Discontinue use once 1/4" of wax remains.
  • Place your candle away from drafts, fans, and vents to ensure an even burn.
  • Keep out of reach from children and pets.

What are the white patterns on the surface of my candle?

  • This is called "frosting" which is a normal characteristic of pure soy wax. It does not affect burn quality.

Why does the surface of my candle look uneven after burning?

  • Soy wax may become imperfect as it cools. This is normal and does not affect performance.

Do you offer wholesale pricing, refills, or unlabeled candles?

  • I do not offer unlabeled candles for resale. Wholesale pricing and refills for safe containers are available. Contact me for more information.

Are your candles safe?

  • I test each batch of candles for fragrance performance, wicking, and burn characteristics. Candles are safe when used as directed according to the included care instructions.
  • My products are formulated without phthalates or substances listed under California's Proposition 65.
Reed diffusers

How do I use my reed diffuser?

  • Insert the reeds into the bottle and allow them to absorb the fragrance oil. Scent will begin to disperse within 24 to 48 hours.

Do I need to flip the reeds?

  • No. Fiber reeds are designed for consistent fragrance release and do not need to be flipped.

How long does one diffuser last?

  • Each diffuser is designed to last approximately 3 to 4 months, depending on room size, airflow, and placement.

What if my reeds become dusty or clogged?

  • Over time reeds may collect dust and become less effective. Replacement reeds are available for purchase.

Where should I place my diffuser?

  • Place on a stable, non-porous surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.

Can the fragrance oil damage surfaces?

  • Yes. Avoid contact with finished, painted, or porous surfaces and place your diffuser on a protective coaster or tray.
Wax melts

How do I use wax melts?

  • Place 2–3 cubes in the dish of a standard wax warmer. Turn on the warmer and allow the wax to gently melt, releasing fragrance into the room. Add more cubes if a stronger scent is desired.
  • Do not add water.

How long can I warm them?

  • For best performance, warm for up to 4 hours at a time. Allow the wax to cool completely before reheating.

Can wax melts be reused?

  • Yes. The wax can be reheated multiple times until the fragrance fades. Once the scent has diminished, allow the wax to cool and remove it before adding fresh cubes.

How do I remove used wax?

  • Allow the wax to fully cool and solidify. Gently lift out of the dish, or warm briefly just until the edges loosen and wipe clean with a paper towel.
